We are sad to announce that on February 23, 2021, at the age of 85, Wendell Smith of Black River, New York, born in Watertown, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Smith and Mabel Smith (Robson); and his wife Judy Smith of Mannsville. He is survived by: his children, Wendell D. Smith Jr. (Ann), Steve R. Smith (Brenda), Ronald S. Smith (Laurie), Peter J. Smith (Shannon) and JoAnn R. Hodge (Thomas); and his sister Beverly Umstead (John). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
