O'Brien of Black River, New York, born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away at the age of 53, on April 28, 2021. He is survived by: his parents, William O'Brien and Katherine Lortie O'Brien; his wife Paige E. Johnson; his children, Gabrielle E. O'Brien of Washington, DC and Lelan M. O'Brien; and his siblings, John O'Brien (Colleen), Camden, Dennis O'Brien (Lorie), Dexter, Joseph O'Brien and Mary O'Brien. He is also survived by one aunt, one uncle, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers Terry's family wishes donations in his name to North Country Goes Green, P. O. Box 6143, Watertown, NY 13601.
