He is survived by: his parents, John Bernard and Mary Champagne Ames; his spouse Lorie Burns; his daughter Bridgette Nugent (Benjamin) of Ithaca, NY; his son-in-law Nora of Ithaca, NY; his brother John Thomas Ames (Molly) of Clarks Summit, PA.; his siblings-in-law, Tim Burns, Pat Burns, Peter Burns (Darcy), Kate Branski (Mike), Black River and Liz Burns; his child Ian; and his granddaughter Nora. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
