We are sad to announce that on January 24, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Stephen N. Palmer of Black River, New York, born in Gouverneur, New York. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Norman Palmer and Elizabeth Palmer (Fortune); his wife Mildred Akins; his children, Christina, Christopher Davis of Watertown, Stephen II, Gerie Palmer of Gouverneur and John Palmer of Watertown; his siblings, Peggy Farren and Michael Palmer (Darlene); and his stepsons, Randy White and Ricky White. He was also cherished by 6 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
