He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Bilby and Mildred Bilby (Shannon); his wife Grace Kelley; and his brothers, Leroy, Rich, George, Edward Bilby and Billy Alexander.
He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Kelly Toutant (Frank), Robin DeVito (Mike Robertson), Susan Walters and Tanya Bartholomew (Clark); his grandchildren, AJ, Krista, Tommy, Justin, Michael and Aric; his sister Ann Gentry of Batavia, OH; and his siblings-in-law, Rosemary Houghtaling of Evans Mills, NY and Robert Houghtaling. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
