We are sad to announce that on July 19, 2022, at the age of 83, Neil C Draper (Black River, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Draper and Zelma Draper (Weeks); his brothers, G. Elon and Ronald Draper; his stepson Timothy McBride; and his wife Linda McBride-Draper.
He is survived by: his stepdaughter Samantha Schirmer (Troy) of Black River, NY; his grandchildren, Robert Johnson, Matthew Johnson, Sarah Geer, Christopher Johnson, Dylan Geer and Emily Geer; his stepgrandchildren, Amber Peck, Steven Williams and Ashlie Hall; his stepgreat-grandsons, Tanner and Carson; his siblings, Roger Draper (Claudia) and Doreen Hebert (Cliff) of Natural Bridge, NY; and his former wife Joanne LaRue of Gouverneur, NY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
