He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis B. and Grace Sprague Sr. (Reynolds); and his brothers, Charles and John Sprague. He is survived by: his wife Julie A. Sprague of Watertown; his children, Lisa A. Perusquia, Robert L. Sprague and Jayme L. Reustle (Christopher); his grandchildren, Anthony, Jessica, Brooke, Jeremy, Brandon and Bailey; his great grandchildren, Brayden and Briella; and his brother Howard Sprague (Rosie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
