He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughters, Debra (Scott), Donna Andrews (Chip) and Karen Oatman; his wife Janice Raso-Waite; his stepchildren, Randy Raso (Sue), Alfred Raso (Amy), Dennis Raso, Faye Dupell (Robert) and Janice Dunham (Douglas); his siblings, Duane (Ada), Ernie (Gina) of Watertown, John (June) of Florida, George of Carhage, Irene Astafan, Paul, David of Castorland, Jerry of Georgia, Sarah Walsemann (William) of Carthage, Ellen Remington (Jim) of Glenfield, Helen Morisette (Joseph) and Martha McCarthy (Patrick) of Cape Vincent; his grandfather George; his sons, Herby Waite and Tom Waite; his stepdaughter Sandra Raso-Waite; his former wife Helen Sheltray-Waite; and his siblings, Evelyn McCallops (Bill), Mary Greenwood (Robert), Carol Elizabeth, Harold, Howard "Doc" and Kenneth. He was also cherished by several grandchildren & great-grandchildren.
