She was predeceased by: her husband Carlton Charles Elmer; her father William Irwin Orr; her siblings, Eliza May Bodway, Ilah Marie Baker, Linda Norma Stevenson and Paul Irwin Orr; and her granddaughter Katie Gaul.
She is survived by: her brothers, William Larry Orr, David Lewis Orr, Edward Irwin Ross Orr, John Samuel Orr and Sterling Kenneth Daniel Orr; her children, Denise Marie Janson (Tom), Ruth Anne Gaul (Christopher), Peter Orin Elmer (Cristi Flanigan), Jon David Elmer (Elizabeth) and Thomas Irwin Elmer; and her grandchildren, Michael, Larissa Gaul, Matthew Elmer, James and Joshua Elmer.
Flowers may be sent to the funeral home or donations may be made to Black River Ambulance Squad, or Rutland Congregational Church.
