He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Blackketter and Pauline Blackketter (Blackwell); and his brother William Blackketter. He is survived by: his close friend Gay M. Hall of Black River, NY; his siblings, Richard Blackketter of Bloomington, Robert Blackketter (Tess) of Martinsville, Indiana and Suellen Crane (Kent) of Fishers, Indiana; and his sister-in-law Shirley Blackketter of Bloomington, Indiana.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society.
