He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Horeth of Watertown; his daughter Kelly Rose (Kenny) of Black River; his grandchildren, Jeffrey, Cheyenne, Dylan and Emily; his great grandchildren, Jaxson and Carson; his brother Phillip Mack of Watertown; and his brother-in-law Martin Horeth (Dawn). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
