She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles H. Forbes and Viola W. Duell Forbes; her daughter Sharon Lynn Ambrose; and her siblings, Jeannine E. Perry, Lorraine Ambrose, Charmaine J. Kidder, Denise M. Whattam, Janice M. Dwyer, Patricia D. Polston, Suzanne Crowder, Jean F. Forbes, Gaylord D. Forbes, Dale R. Forbes, Gerald K. Forbes, Dennis M. Forbes and Michael V. Forbes.
She is survived by: her spouse Dennis C. Ambrose; her children, Kathleen M. (Alan C. Beattie), Wendy L. (John C. Harvey), Christy L. (Norman Jones), Karen L. Ambrose, Black River, Michelle G. Canfield, Gregory V. (Sharri L. Ambrose) and S. D.; her grandchildren, Christine Harvey, Rebecca Harvey, Katie Jones, Casey Jones, Charles Canfield, Andrew Canfield, Joshua Ambrose, Ashley Ambrose and Zachary Ambrose; her sibling-in-law Jacqueline M.; her brother Guy D. Forbes; and her sister-in-law Harriett Forbes. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
