Betty Martin Obituary

We are sad to announce that on September 20, 2021, at the age of 89, Betty Martin of Black River, New York, born in Lowville, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her siblings, Herbert Cross, Jerry King, Elaine Hubbard, Linda Doney and Sharon King; her parents, Clinton H. Cross and Ethel Rohde King; and her husband David L. Martin.

She is survived by: her children, James (Debbie Martin) of Saratoga Springs, NY and Cathy (Harold Brown) of Black River; her grandchildren, Matt Martin, Brad Martin and Natalie Brown Bruce; her great grandchild Alexandra Brown Bruce; and her brother Thomas King of Carthage. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to First Baptist Church Memorial Fund, 511 State Street, Carthage, NY 13619.
