Webber of Black River, New York, born in Tampa, Florida, who passed away on July 16, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Jackson and Elise Jackson; her husband Lieutenant Colonel Charles E. Webber; her daughter Terri Webber-Simmons; her siblings, Gwendolyn Durham, Albert and Leroy Jackson; and her brothers-in-law, Marcellas Durham and John Monroe.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl Webber-Eakin (James Hager) of Holland, NY, Gwendolyn (Tracy Webber-McLeod) and Kimberly (Matthew Janke); and her sister-in-law Ruth Webber Monroe. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
