She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Mathers and Nelda Mathers; her husband James Cook; her son Jeffery A. Cook; and her brothers, Jim and Larry Mathers.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Peasley (Nicki), Kimberly Worden (Mark), Michele Ashman (Damon), Stephanie Panella (Chris) and Peter Cook (Ashley); and her grandchildren, Jeffrey, Grace, Morgan, Julianne, Lauren, Vivian, Jacob, Madison, Rhode, Isabelle, Avery, Adrianna, Siena, Clara and Jane. She is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Wm. R. Chase & Son Funeral Home (737 Chenango St, Port Dickinson, NY 13901). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Francis of Assisi Church (1031 Chenango Street, Hillcrest, NY).
