Hayward, Sr.; her daughters, Veronica (Joseph Adams), Tracy (BJ Allen) and Seri (Jeff Rake); her grandchildren, Michael, Sheila, Andrew, Katelin, Micah, Jessica and Jeff; her sister Judy Bell; her sister-in-law Nydia Holowinsky; and her close friends, Diane McDonald, Marge and Mike. She is also survived by many great grandchildren.
