He is survived by: his wife Zaikra; and his children, Zafar (Maria Bajwa), Omer (Lisa Kinney-Bajwa), Khurram (Sidra Malik), Nida (Omar Sattar) and Lina (Nabeel Minhas).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Islamic Organization of The Southern Tier in memory of Dr. Bajwa.
