He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph I. Paoletti and Anne Paoletti (Materese); and his sister-in-law Barbara Paoletti. He is survived by: his wife Victoria Paoletti (Rogers); his children, Rudolph V. Paoletti (Dianna), Christina Paoletti, Andrea OBrien (Jeremiah) and Katherine Cummings (Brian); his grandchildren, Ava Connors, Edward Connors, Sophia Cummings, Michael Cummings, Katie Paoletti, Alexander OBrien and Morgan OBrien; his brothers, Michael Paoletti (Peggy) and Daniel Paoletti (Alisa); and his nieces and nephews, Ann Bayna, Jeffery Paoletti, Eric Paoletti, Jenna Paoletti and Ethan Paoletti.
