She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas O'Brien and Margaret O'Brien (Cronin); her husband Lloyd; and her siblings, Marion Barrett, Janet Schaeffer and Thomas O'Brien.
She is survived by: her children, Lee Conrad (Sharon), Carol Slick (Edward) and Keith Conrad (Shawn); her grandchildren, Jeff Cooper (Carmen), Katie Ginalski (Jason), Lucas Conrad (Lauren), Amy Willis (Ryan) and Hannah Conrad; and her great grandchildren, Helena, Anna, Grace and Ian. She is also survived by several cousins, and many nieces and nephews.
