He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Milling and Eleanor Milling; and his siblings, Sandra and Harold, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Rose Milling; his children, Michael, Tonya S. Milling, Jr., Mark Shaun Milling and James Michael Milling; his grandchildren, Demetrius, DeAnthony (Hunter), Christina (Austin), Clarissa, Khalil, Jaelyn, Jasmyn, Christopher and Aja; his great grandchildren, Avery, Riley and Owen; and his sister Roxy Elaine King. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
