With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Michael J. Esworthy of Binghamton, New York, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Esworthy and Marilyn Esworthy; his brother Kevin Esworthy; and his brother-in-law Charles Warren. He is survived by: his children, Kristin Caldwell (Howard), Michelle Esworthy (Nate) and Michael Esworthy II; his grandchildren, Jordin, Nikolas, Kai, Brenin, Quintin, Julian, Jadyn, Hunter and Kayla; his siblings, Cheryl White, Joseph Esworthy (Charlotte), Maureen Warren, John Esworthy (Nancy), Thomas Esworthy (Winnie) and Mary Kay Stiles (Michael); and his sister-in-law Terese Esworthy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Patrick's Church (9 Leroy St, Binghamton, NY 13905). A Mass was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at the Augustine Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at St. Patrick's Church, Saturday, December 14, 2024 from 9 a.m. until Mass time at 10 a.m. Expressions of sympathy Michael's memory may be made to the World Wildlife Fund or Outreach Ministries Of The Southern Tier at St. Cyril's Church, 148 Clinton Street, Binghamton, NY 13905.
