He was predeceased by: his parents, Rowena Colgan and Francis Colgan; and his brother Dennis Colgan. He is survived by: his sisters, Patricia Blodgett and Pamela Bender (Duane); and his niece Shannon Bender.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Thomas J. Shea Funeral Home, Inc. (137 Robinson St, Binghamton, NY 13904). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
