He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Ashman and Jane Ashman; and his sister Maryellen Gilbride. He is survived by: his children, Joseph Ashman (Janell), Thomas Ashman (Beth), Lisa Michaelsen and Edward Ashman; and his sisters, Sandra Forker (James) and Michelle Larnerd (Angela Osborne). He is also survived by 12 grand-children and 3 great grand-children.
