He was predeceased by: his father William Rifenbury; his brother Craig; his great-aunt Chopine; his grandparents, Maria, Silvio Finelli and Stella Kittle; his aunts and uncles, Paul, Mario, Michael, Johnny Finelli, Sylvia Yannuzzi and Lilia Gonzalez; his parents-in-law, Nancy and Philip Fiume Sr.; and his siblings-in-law, Rose Fiume, Philip Fiume, James Bialek and Cindy Fiorini.
He is survived by: his wife Rachel; his children, Mark Rifenbury Jr. and Laurie Rifenbury; his mother Evelyn Rifenbury; his siblings, Peter Fiorini, Pam Pasquale (Tom), Jeff Rifenbury and Christina Rieselman (Chad); and his siblings-in-law, Joseph Fiume, John Fiume (DeeDee), Nancy Bialek and Kathie Fiume. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Thomas J. Shea Funeral Home, Inc. (137 Robinson St, Binghamton, NY 13904). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
