She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Cisek and Mary Cisek; her sister Helen Jastrab; her brother-in-law Joseph Jastrab; and her siblings, Lucille Cisek and Victor Cisek.
She is survived by: her husband James Duffy; her sons, Paul, Thomas, Jimmy, Laurie (Nealon) and David; her grandchildren, Nicole, James, Kelly, Haley Rayan and Jenna; and her great grandchild Liam.
