He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Maine and Elizabeth Maine. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Puglisi; his children, Jennifer Maine (John), Christie Klugh, Joseph Maine (Dodi) and Amanda Maine-Hull (Eric); and his siblings, Teresa McKan, Patti Yochim (Jerry), Mike Maine, Fred Maine (Lucy) and Walter Maine. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
