He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Winters and Everette Winters. He is survived by: his wife Roberta "Bertie" Allen; his children, Kara Winters and Tim Rose; his siblings, Nancy Witter, Marie Crampton (Don) and Ron Winters (Valerie); and his cousins, John and Dan Gorman of Gorman's Garage. He is also survived by brother, husband, and 'father figure' to many of his nieces and nephews.
