He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Babicek and Rose Babicek; his grandparents, John, Maria Matson (Juriga), Joseph and Ann Babicek; his brother Adrian Babicek; and his niece Erin Babicek.

He is survived by: his brother Tim (Karen); and his nieces and nephews, Tracie (Tom), Shelly (Dave), Jason (Melissa) and Josh (Cierra).
