He was predeceased by: his wife Kay; and his siblings, Mike, Walt, Ben, Minnie and Helen.

He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Beebe (Larry) and Kathy Dickerson (Steve Lainhart); his grandchildren, Angie Weheliye, Krista Dickerson and Anthony Tyree; and his great grandchildren, Brandon, Julian and Aweis.
