He is survived by: his mother Judy A. Conklin of Gilbert, AZ; his brother Mark Conklin (Venesa); his nephews, Jacob and Lucas Conklin of Chandler, AZ; and his close friend Jamie Oakley (Mya). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins.
