Edward V. DePersis Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 16, 2024, at the age of 94, Edward V. DePersis (Binghamton, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Edward departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Edward may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Edward leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his wife Irene; his parents, Modesto DePersis and Mary Romeo DePersis; his brother Joseph DePersis (Theresa); and his sister-in-law Nancy DePersis.
He is survived by: his brothers, Ronald and Peter DePersis (Cecelia). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 9:50 AM at the Holy Spirit Byzantine Catholic Church (360 Clinton St, Binghamton, NY 13905). A burial will be held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
