He was predeceased by: his father Carlton J. Southern. He is survived by: his son Rolland M.; his daughter-in-law Ruth Southern; his daughters, Linda Walter (Roger) and Lisa Zechman (Lee); his cousins, Bruce and Doris Salisbury; and his brothers, David and Robert Southern.
