He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Bartlett and Mary Asenith Holt; and his siblings, Joseph Holt and Kathryn LaFont. He is survived by: his sons, Ian Joseph and Shawn Cameron Holt; and his sisters, Mary Ticknor, Debbie Pettis (Dave), Peggy Danen (Ron), Laure Fehr and Beth-Anne Pursley (Jim). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
