He was predeceased by: his parents, John James Wagstaff and Edith Cora Wagstaff of Straits Corners; his wife Ruth Posson; and his grandson Tyler Matthew Frampton. He is survived by: his sisters, Edith Pearl Davis and Linda Brink; his children, Dale Wagstaff (Debbie) of Salisbury, Sharon Frampton (Duane) of Owego and Wendell Wagstaff (Julia) of Covington, Georgia; his grandchildren, Darren, Kristin, Channing, Kolyse, Kaylee and Justin; his niece Elaine Bleuer; his caregiver Carly; and also Belden Hill. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Community Bible Church, in memory of Arnold Wagstaff, 602 Chenango St., Binghamton, NY 13901, where Arnie attended and served for many years of his life.
