He is survived by: his parents, Gary Johnson and Carol Johnson (Walburn); his daughters, Kassandra Johnson and Krysta Ellison; his grandchildren, Serenity, Amiya, Remy and Makia; his siblings, Christa Foulk (David) and Eric Johnson; his nieces, Paige, Rylee, Trinity, Julia and Emily; his nephew Austin; and his close friends, David Lawrence and D. J. Wood. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
