He is survived by: his father Ed Allen (Peggy); his siblings, Rod Allen (Rae) of Belize, Eddie Allen (Sharon) of Georgia, Emery Allen (Prudy Hemley) of Big Flats, Lindy Allen (Nickie) of Corning, Scott Allen (Betty) of Florida and Chris Allen of Corning; and his stepbrother Mike Billington of Corning. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.
