He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Grace; his parents, Arthur Wiggins and Marguerite Wiggins; his daughters, Christine and Patricia; his grandchildren, Andrew (Megan), Sarah (Patrick), Olivia and Grant; his great grandchildren, Emma, Jackson, Luke, Gabriel and Noah; and his brother Arty (Betty). He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
