He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Webster and Ann Webster (Peterson). He is survived by: his brother Erwin; his wife Vivian Soper Webster; his children, Thomas Webster (Mary), Ann Markman (Howard), Gary Webster (Julie) and Lynne Webster; and his grandchildren, Scott Zufall (Nikki), Adam Zufall (Carrie), Valerie Webster, Jill Lenox (Chad), Patrick Webster and Mathew Webster. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers it asked to make donations to the First Presbyterian Church in Horseheads.
