Orser of Big Flats, NY; his sisters, Loetta Beebe of Ohio and Nancy Drake of Washington; and his sister-in-law Mary Frances Spallone Smith (Richard H. Smith Sr.) of Big Flats, NY. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
