Velasquez Jr.; her children, Nicholas and Anna Velasquez; her siblings, Sandra Reil (Andrew), Mark Kase and Peter Kase (Veronica); her mother-in-law David Velasquez Sr (Lynn); and her siblings-in-law, Mary Beth Dreyer (Dan) and Daniel Velasquez (Deborah). She is also survived by twelve nieces, nephews.
