He was predeceased by: his brother Stephen. He is survived by: his spouse Viviana; his children, Jeanette Spataro (Neil Russo), Saralyn Pinedo (Jason), Richard Spataro and John Spataro (Nicole Simpson); his grandson Joseph James; his brother Charles; his adoptive children, Natosha Powell and Nicholas Duff; and his nephews, Robert, David and Raymond Spataro. He is also survived by cousins, as well as extended family and friends.
