It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Bruno of Bethpage, New York, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on July 25, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Bruno and Julia Bruno (Maher); his grandson Jake Burton; and his sister Patricia Hughes. He is survived by: his wife Donna Bruno (Plesh); his daughter Julie Ann Bruno-Burton (James) of Hopewell Junction; his grandchildren, Deskin and Chayton Burton; his siblings, Julia Bruno, Mary Friedman (Steve) and Charles Bruno; and his siblings-in-law, Howard Hughes, Maryanne and Timothy Carey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
