Though Joan may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Joan leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her husband Frederick Graf; the father of her children Kenneth Martin; and her brother Michael Halupa. She is survived by: her children, Christopher Martin and Deborah Zeltmann (Kevin); her grandchildren, Daniel Estrada, Cherilyn Zeltmann and Katelyn Zeltmann; and her siblings, Agnes Vitucci, Joseph Halupa and Kathy Bertsch.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Arthur F. White Funeral Home, Inc. (315 Conklin St, Farmingdale, NY 11735). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Martin of Tours RC Church (220 Central Ave, Bethpage, NY 11714).
