She was predeceased by: her sisters, Margaret "Peggy" Chazen and Elizabeth "Betty" Nelson. She is survived by: her son Keith Botoska; her daughter-in-law Mary Ann; her grandchildren, Brianna and Julianna Botoska; her great grandchild Nadine Wallace; and her son Jack. She is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews.
