He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Bill Ross and Stanley Shook; and his brother Robert Parks. He is survived by: his parents, Lloyd and Babette; his sisters, Nicole, Jessica and Michelle; his niece Alice; his grandmothers, Veronica Shook and Jeannette Ross; his aunt Lissa; his uncles, Jones and Bruce; and his great-aunt Kay Marks. He is also survived by cousins and many close family friends.
