He was loved and cherished by many people including: his sister Loretta Hall; his wife Deborah Gonzalez; his children, Michael Russo III (Selena Devendorf) of Chittenango and Michelle Nelipowitz (Barry) of Fayetteville; his grandchildren, Nicole Russo, Jordan, Jacob Nelipowitz, Natalie, Logan and Liliana Russo; and his siblings, James Russo of Ormond Beach, FL, Julie Russo (Cindy Sgroi) of Jamesville, Lisa Russo of Daytona Beach, FL, Bernie Sandrowicz (Louise) of Port Orange, FL and Libbie Sandrowicz of Daytona Beach, FL. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the SPCA or a charity of choice.
