He is survived by: his wife Carol Holst (Williams) of Bernhards Bay; his children, John Holst (Angela) of Cleveland and Gretchen McLauchlan (Brian) of Cicero; and his grandchildren, John Joseph, Joshua Alan Holst and Ryleigh Jean McLauchlan.
