He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Holst and Ellen Holst (Mort); and his brother Gary M. Holst. He is survived by: his wife Carol Holst (Williams) of Bernhards Bay; his children, John Holst (Angela) of Cleveland and Gretchen McLauchlan (Brian) of Cicero; and his grandchildren, John Joseph, Joshua Alan Holst and Ryleigh Jean McLauchlan.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 14th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Traub Funeral Home Inc. (684 N Main St, Central Square, NY 13036). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 14th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
