She was predeceased by: her parents, William Sr. Russell and Marion Russell (Jones); and her husband David W. Webb. She is survived by: her half-brother Donald M. Russell; her brother William T. Russell Jr.; her children, Rebecca A. Piazza (Matthew), Gail D. Bulson (Jeff) and James D. Webb (Kim); her grandchildren, Corey, Bradley, Ashleigh and Tyler; her great grandchildren, Milah and Koda; her siblings, Barbara Joyner, Daniel Russell, Lois Russell, Rosemarie Russell (Rhea), Cindy Garrison and Joseph J. Russell; and her close friend Gerry Lyons.
