He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Lee and Melissa Ingram Lee; and his children, Kenneth D., Jenny Mae and Ricky E. Lee.
He is survived by: his wife Charlene M. Hotaling; his son Donald J. Lee (Danielle C.); his daughter-in-law Deborah J. Lee; his grandchildren, Jennifer Butler, Jarod Lee, Brandon Lee, Brittni Tambasco, Kirstie Hahn and Kayla Lee; his great grandchildren, Julea Burgess, Jeffrey Burgess, Raven Tambasco, Kenzie Lee and Hayden Hahn; and his sister Rita Vankerun. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
