We are sad to announce that on July 6, 2020, at the age of 75, Joseph Rabatoy of Berlin, New York, born in Buffalo, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arthur Rabatoy and Catherine Connelly Rabatoy; his wife Suzanne Koerner-Rabatoy; his siblings, Rhea Brown (Ronald), Joann McGrath (John) and Rose Ann Rabatoy; and his nieces and nephews, Rory Ellen Snavely, Roberta Nizzardo and Christine Tyson.
